World Down Syndrome Day (WDSD) 2026 will be observed on Saturday, 21 March 2026. This global awareness initiative, officially recognised by the United Nations since 2012, is held on the 21st day of the 3rd month to signify the unique triplication (trisomy) of the 21st chromosome that causes Down syndrome.
